And from what ive heard the joobz offers always seem to play up

certain people cannot get joobz offers due to a number of reasons from adblockers to having their IP banned by the offerwall due to past abuse, or due to the offer not being completed properly.
I personally get sporadic results - some days its fine & other days nada.

as for credit bought using joobz - are you buying the credit from the joobz store (don't do this) or are you buying it normally & choosing to spend joobz instead of paypal?
coz i've done it that way before and the recharge code is displayed on the very next page AND emailed to me later.

Also some browsers are weird,certain browsers dont show whats actually on the offerwall,Out of all the browsers Google Chromes is the better to use on Smsfun

I cannot get anything up on the daily free joobz screen - for months now. I wrote to support with a ticket on 22/09/15 and no reply - the ticket still says "not opened". Methinks SMSFun may not be around much longer with behaviour like this. Anyone else had these issues? Cheers, Brian.

Hi all, Yes, I'm feeling very unloved by the SMSFun staff. - July'15 I created support ticket re can't get Joobz, followed up by two other notes to that ticket NO RESPONSE.
- Sept'15 I bought a voucher with my Joobz and followed this up with additional notes requesting support respond.
- it is now 14th Dec'15 and I have not heard or seen anything whatsoever in response from this site's support. There are words for this but I am a gentleman. I hope they're reading this however I think we have all been abandoned. It has all the signs of a ghost or zombie site now on autopilot - and NIL SUPPORT. What can we do guys?
