Joobz Store



Has anyone had problems with the joob store since the crash?

I had ordered two gift cards before the site crashed and order is still saying submitted, and this is over a month ago.

Also bought credit with joobz, ive done this plenty of times before and normally recieve it in on the same day, has now been over 24h and my joobz are gone and no credit.

I understand sometimes it takes time, and ive no prob waiting.

Just interested if anyone else has noticed longer times through store. And maybe if more ppl have some bigger issues we can bring them to @Doot attention to look at when has time.

Yes and the support ticket also takes too long to be attended.

The worst problem now seems I am not able to claim daily bonus when logging. Any one has the same issue?

Now they use up a joobz with EVERY message!!! Without warning too! This "Gold" membership that they claim to give free is worse than the free membership!

I am also not able to claim daily bonus thru joobz drop down menu/daily bonus,But I've found that if you go to your homepage there is a button under your profile pic to collect daily bonus joobz.

now again over 48hours and still havent recieved credit from joob store, i liked the old way better, didnt take long at all and almost always recieved the same day as ordered
