Support tickets- dont work, take too long

i have had a pay pal issue with paying for credit, it was fixed and pay pal has paid sms fun, but yet i still dont have the credit, i have tried using the support tickets, but the responce time for them is extremelly bad.

Any one else had bad experiences trying to find out stuuff

i had submitted a ticket a ticket 3 days ago, the ticket said case resolved and closed but im still waiting on my voucher.recharged via paypal as well.not happy!

hi guys, depending on how your paypal is set up, it can take up to a week for funds to clear properly out of paypal & to be recognised by smsfun's banking system.

examples:
-if you have paypal credit in AUD then the transaction should be immediate or at least very fast
-if you have no paypal credit but are using a visa/mc linked bank account then funds can take up to 3 days to clear
-if you have no paypal credit & using a direct debit linked paypal then it will take a minimum of 7 days from the time money goes out of your bank & paypal, until it arrives at the other end.
-echeque also has a minimum 7 days clearance waiting time

i hope this helps - and if your problem isn't solved then submit another ticket.
i know the tickets can be slow sometimes, but isn't that better than just posting in here where it could be missed and forgotten? at least the tickets are all followed up eventually.

I have yet to receive a reply to my Support Ticket. I have written 6 and all state that they have been resolved, but nothing happened, no communication at all.

My actual question is that my address book is invisible. I click the Add Contact, put in all the details with the correct codes and it tells me that the person is already in the phone book... .but the phone book is empty and i have to retype the phone numbers for SMSs every time....annoying.. and again, no response through the support ticket system.. more annoying.

need to make a way that, something like a chat where a mod can be reached at certain times for when tickets dont work

Recharged yesterday but Optus tells me the recharge voucher code is invalid? I raised a ticket last night so hopefully receive a response soon. What happens now, is there a new code reissued to me?

also gold members get prefference? why? in my case my GM has ended way before the month, so now i dont get prefernce to tickets when its about my GM being cancelled for no reason???

Support should be for everyone equally

You could try the chat room. A mod can usually be found there, or possibly someone who might know how to help.
